Giving Gifts

The Time of Giving stamp set appears simple, until you look at the awesome Giving Gifts Dies that come with the Time of Giving Bundle!  Here is an easy way to use them:  Select 2-3 that you like and line them up on a piece of 5-1/4 x 4″ cardstock.  If you use the snowflake die twice (as shown), you will have to run your cardstock through the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine twice.  Notice that I rotated the snowflake die for the second pass.  Add a sentiment, perhaps from the Frosted Gingerbread stamp set and an Essential Tag Punch to finish the card.  The Pearlescent Specialty Paper adds a little pizzaz.  See more like this at stampwithgloria.com.

Count on Me and June Paper Pumpkin

By now, you have probably realized that the Count on Me stamp set has become a favorite of mine!  And, I love it in combination with the June (“The Adventure Begins”) Paper Pumpkin!  A video with instructions for several cards can be found here:  https://youtu.be/Kbg90xlZf50.  There is still time to subscribe to the September Paper Pumpkin kit (“Haunts and Harvest”).  Visit my blog (stampwithgloria.com) and click on the Paper Pumpkin button to subscribe.  The “Haunts and Harvest” kit is available through September 10th.  See more like this at stampwithgloria.com.

Just peachy!

Who is excited about the new Mini Catalog?  I know I am, but there are great products in the Annual Catalog, too.  With peaches in season, I will pick up my peaches from Georgia next week.  I love canning peach salsa – just the right amount of heat for chicken anytime of year.  And, there is peach pie, peach ice cream and peach crumble…are you hungry yet?!  ‘Have a Peachy Day’ was created by Leila Pals!  I love the lacy detail of the Square Vellum Doilies and the bright contrast between Mango Melody and Basic Black.  The peaches look good enough to eat!   See more like this at stampwithgloria.com.

Springtime Joy!

Spring is in the air!  Here are a few cards featuring the little lamb image from the Springtime Joy stamp set!  Stampin’ Blends were used to color the lamb and then it was fussy-cut.  On the first card, the striped Dandy Garden DSP really pops! in the background.  The ‘splash’ image is from the Painted Poppies stamp set.  The second card features the Dandy Laser-Cut Paper and the Dragonflies Punch.  The dragonflies were punched from Rainbow Glimmer Paper!  For more ideas and inspirations, subscribe to my newsletter.  Email me at gh.istt@gmail.com to sign-up.  See more like this at stampwithgloria.com.
