Poinsettia wreath project

Thanksgiving is tomorrow.  Many of us will not be spending the holiday with loved ones.  Perhaps, if you are feeling crafty, this wreath project might inspire you.  The wreath features the Poinsettia Petals stamp set and Poinsettia Dies (discounted 10% when bundled).  The flowers are simply die-cut from Vellum Cardstock and embossed using Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder.  I started with a Strala wreath from Ikea that lights up!  But, you could easily use a styrofoam wreath wrapped in ribbon and add lights, if you so choose.  A video to help you with all the details can be found at:  https://youtu.be/UPKI6ryuUOg.  I am thankful for so much this Thanksgiving – especially my children and grandchildren!  Count your blessings and enjoy your holiday!  See more like this at stampwithgloria.com.

Welcome to Poinsettia Place!

Have you ever participated in a stampin’ club?  Would you be interested in joining a club?  I happen to have one club opening at the moment.  If you are interested, please email me.  I keep membership in the club limited to six (6) due to the amount of work required on my part.  Once I find six, I’m full for the year.  I mention my club because the two cards displayed here are a recent club offering.  Club members get the set and I send each member everything needed to make four (4) cards.  Each month, the club members have the option of buying products / supplies or not.  The club member who is the hostess for that month receives the free hostess and half-price item(s), if applicable.  Each club member is the designated hostess twice a year (randomly assigned).  Happy Stampin!  See more like this at stampwithgloria.com.

Sneak Peek Week: Peace and Joy

The August – December 2020 Mini Catalog will be available on August 4th.  This week, I’m treating you to a few SNEAK PEEKS, starting with Christmas!  The Peace and Joy stamp set is unique in that you can stamp the greeting, cut it out and layer it using the complimentary Joy Dies.  That is so on trend right now.  Using the layering, I introduced some bright non-traditional colors for Christmas.  The new Beaded Pearls embellishment can be used as a flower center or as berries.  As a finishing touch, I embossed the star on top of the tree in Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder.  Let me know what you think of this non-traditional Christmas card.   See more like this at stampwithgloria.com.

Coming August 4th…
