I love the new Pansy Petals Suite Collection! For this faux seed packet card, the secret ingredient is bleach! With solid color cardstock and an old blender pen dipped in bleach, I lightly touched the cardstock to create the pansy’s ruffles. As you can see, the bleach turned Gorgeous Grape to a light blue!
