You can always tell when summer is here and in full swing when the Dandelion’s go to seed and you can blow little wishes with them. This card was made by Lelia Pals one of my demo’s and I loved how Pastel and Pretty this card is. It almost looks like it is on material because she used the Tufted 3D folder. And the silver foil paper, metallic pearls and basic pearls just make it elegant. This would also look as nice using our Silver Foil Edged Cards & Envelopes!
