Here’s a beautiful card featuring the Swirly Frames stamp set embossed with Whisper White ink and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder on the Pleased as Punch DSP. The colors say Happy and the cake (from the February Paper Pumpkin kit) makes the perfect birthday card. The cake is embossed in white and water-colored with Pigment Sprinkles.
