BRRR baby it is cold outside! You can see my inspiration for this card came from my backyard! I used the Colorful Seasons Set along with the matching Seasonal Layers Thinlits. This card was so easy by using one of the Sheets from the Wood Textures 6 x6 DSP. I used Palette Knives and the Shimmery White Embossing Paste lightly on the background. Then I added the snowflakes and chair and added a little more Shimmery Paste on the top of the chair and snowflakes to complete the picture. Since I wanted a bright card I attached the DSP to Cherry Cobbler Cardstock and made the Andirondack Chair Cherry Cobbler to pull it all together. Where did fall go? I live in Wisconsin and it seems like we blinked and fall was gone. The inspiration for this card was on my walk with my dog Romeo (picture included 🙂 And we saw the fall color against a brilliant blue sky. I tried to catch that beautiful image with a watercolor wash of Pacific Point on the background. And Granny Apple Green,Pineapple Punch and Mango Melody re-inkers for the leaves. I am often inspired by nature. This is a picture of weeds on the path I walk every day. It is such a bold beautiful color but for fall not spring!
