The Edgelites Dies that go with this set are a little different! This card is fussy but so worth it for someone special. I used the package edgelit and cut it out in sparkle Glimmer Paper. I created a background pattern so I could make the gifts in different colors. I sponged the background using Chicken wire Elements from the Holiday Catalog but you can achieve this look using the netting from your fruit or vegetables from the grocery store. The big Package was fussy cut and I used Scallop and Circle Punches to layer the Birthday Sentiment in the upper right-hand corner of the card. It is hard to see all the sparkle but this card has a real festive pop in person.

Butterfly Artwork is not a new concept for Stampin’ Up! But sometimes, Genius is at work! Of course, We all want framelits to cut these beauties out but see what happens, with this two-step cling stamp set and the matching punch! I whipped up 3 quick cards by punching 2 butterflies out of the FREE Botanical Butterfly DSP during Sale-a-bration! The background on two of the cards is from this same FREE DSP and I just have to highlight the NEW Well Said Framelits Dies. The topography of this die set is casual but not cartoony. It covers just about every possible sentiment and it is a great way to use up scraps of paper backed with the adhesive sheets. These cards come together quickly with our pre-cut notecards and envelopes. Stamp a Stack? Easy Peasy! Cut scrap DSP in 3 x 3, the solid layer is cut 3 1/4 x 3 1/4. I did stamp the top notecard with the matching Butterfly Gala cling stamp set and punched it out. It lines up perfectly to punch out two butterflies saving you time. To make each card different I added a red heart for the birthday card and stamped the scratchy looking stamp from the Artisan Textures set making it look like the butterflies have a bit of a shadow behind them. Don’t worry I have more Butterfly Gala cards coming soon!
